Attorney Mark Stevens practices in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire in Durham, New Hampshire and his Law Degree from the Massachusetts School of Law in Andover, Massachusetts.

Attorney Stevens is the editor of A Practical Guide to Trying DWI Cases in New Hampshire, which was published by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education ("MCLE"), Inc. Attorney Stevens has appeared as a legal analyst on numerous television and radio shows, including WMUR TV Channel 9, CNN Headline News, Court TV, PBS, Riding Dirty Radio and numerous other TV and radio channels.

Attorney Stevens has taught continuing legal education (CLE) courses on DWI and other criminal defense topics to other criminal defense lawyers in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine. He has participated in police trainings of state and local law enforcement officers.
